Choosing the right school for your child is an important decision and a significant investment in their future. We will support you every step of the way.
Domestic Enrolments

Please complete and submit your application online, along with a non-refundable application fee of $180.

Following a review of your application, we will advise you if your daughter has been selected for an interview with the Principal. Students applying for years 7-10 will also sit a brief 30-minute assessment.

Following the selection process, you may receive an Offer of Place along with a form to confirm acceptance. Please return this confirmation and a non-refundable acceptance fee of $460 within 14 working days.

Once we have received this acceptance we will send you confirmation of your place at QMC.
Our recommendation for gaining entry across all Year levels is to not delay in connecting with our enrolments team. Several year groups are at near capacity, especially in our Junior School for 2024 & 2025.
For parents and caregivers interested in starting at QMC in Year 5: We are no longer accepting applications for Year 5 in 2024 as the class is full. Please contact enrolments@qmc.school.nz to discuss entry options. We do have a waitlist in place alongside some alternative options for you.
QMC welcomes students throughout the year, not just in Term 1. We encourage parents and caregivers to consider enrolling in Terms 2, 3 and 4 a year prior in order to guarantee your spot at QMC. Early commencement also sets students up for success in the following next year.

Complete and submit your application with a non-refundable application fee of $250. If you are enrolling more than one child please use a separate form for each child.

Following a review of your application, we will advise you if your daughter has been selected for an interview with the Director of International Students. A translator will be provided if necessary.

English testing if required.

Following the selection process, you may receive an Offer of Place along with a form to confirm acceptance.

Once we have received this acceptance we will send you confirmation of your place at QMC.
