International fees

Student visa applications for New Zealand re-open on 31 July 2022 at 23:59. Fees for 2023 will be published shortly. Please contact the Director of International Students for more information.

All fees and costs are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and include GST (Goods and Service Tax) where required.

Registration fee (paid on registration): $400

Acceptance fee (paid on acceptance of place): $1,400

A limited number of scholarships are available to International students. If you would like to be considered, please enquire with the Director of International Students

Tuition fees include tuition, careers counselling, pastoral care, library, sports and cultural equipment, and the use of College facilities.

English language tuition is included in tuition fees and the regular classroom programme. If additional ESOL tuition is required, it is available at extra cost.

Annual scale of tuition fees for Years 7 to 13 $42,050
Sundry activities deposit $2,000*
Mentor fee $2,500
Queen Margaret House (boarding) $18,450
Holiday homestay fee (if applicable for boarding students) $2,800**
Homestay available on request $400 per week
$1,000 admin fee


*The sundry activities deposit is used to pay for camps, private music lessons etc. Any unused portion will be refunded if not used during the school year in line with the College refund policy.

**Fixed annual fee which covers 7 weeks of term holidays. Any additional homestays can be arranged but will incur an extra charge.
