Children are naturally curious, and we support this through guided inquiry learning based on the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme, embracing imagination and developing critical collaborative skills from an early age.

Year 1-2

Students play, explore and express themselves in a responsive and interactive environment. Students also develop vital numeracy and literacy skills, building a strong foundation for Year 3-5.

Year 3-5

Exploration across academic, sporting and cultural opportunities not only promotes curiosity, develops independence in learning and builds confidence. Students build on the numeracy and literacy skills established in Year 1 and 2.

Year 6

Students are given the opportunity to choose a specific issue to explore through a student led inquiry process. This is shared at the Year 6 Exhibition where we celebrate the skills and learning dispositions students have developed.

Specialist classes

We have a number of specialist teachers that enhance your daughters’ learning. All students take part in a specialist music class once a week, Year 2-6 students participate in two sessions of French each week, and a Religious Education teacher visits the classroom once a week. These classes enable girls to experiment with sound, immerse themselves in the French language and explore the key values of an inclusive environment.
