Cross-Curricular Programme Terms and Conditions

We will aim to grow this programme throughout the year to continue to provide more opportunity for growth and development. Please read the terms and conditions below before registering your daughter's interest.

Cost and Account Billings

  • Each Cross-Curricular activity costs between $10 and $25 per session.
  • All Cross-Curricular activities are charged per Term to your QMC College Account.
  • The Trybooking system will list the event as ‘free’, this is because the fee will not be taken by the booking system, rather charged to your QMC College Account.
  • In order to cover the upfront costs associated with conducting the Cross-Curricular activities, refunds are not available if your child is not able to attend any of the days.
  • Extended pick up time from 4.30pm to 5.30pm is available. Students will attend After School Care following the completion of their session. The cost for this is $13 and will be charged to your QMC College Account on top of the Cross-Curricular fee.

Times and Afternoon Tea

  • Each activity will run between 3.30pm and 4.30pm on the specified day. Students will be supervised between 3pm and 3.30pm.
  • We recommend all students take with them a small snack for afternoon tea and a drink bottle.
  • Chinese Culture Club runs on a Wednesday lunchtime.

Pick-up

  • At the conclusion of the activity, each child must be collected at 4.30pm sharp unless the 'Extended pick up' option has been booked through Trybooking.  No student will be permitted to wait unattended to be picked up after the conclusion of the activity.
  • Any Junior School student without a parent present at the end of the activity will be taken to After School Care, and a $20 fee will be incurred regardless of the time spent at After School Care.

How to enrol

  • Enrolments can only be made through the Trybooking site – links to each activity are listed in the description.
  • Places are limited and are issued on a first come basis.
  • Minimum numbers apply. If the minimum number of students is not met, the activity will not go ahead for the term.
  • There is a waitlist system through Trybooking. If additional places become available, the order of the waitlist will be used.
