The power of print

Three years ago Angie Del Favero and Rachel Zhou embarked on a mission to create an impact amongst their peers by bringing awareness to alarming social issues such as family violence, modern slavery and human trafficking.

As part of their community project they started their own social enterprise, a dedicated magazine, imPower aimed to educate other students about these pressing issues. Today their magazine is doing just that and has reached every secondary school in New Zealand.

The dynamic duo have published two editions and number three is already a work in progress. The dedication and effort these girls have put into imPower is remarkable, and it truly shows in the quality of the publications.
