We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join our team working in a Year 5 class. We are seeking someone with high expectations for student achievement and the ability to work collaboratively. Strengths should include the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, students and the wider community. Knowledge of the PYP International Baccalaureate programme would be an advantage. After School Care and Holiday Programmes Manager
Queen Margaret College is a leading high performing independent Presbyterian school for girls, Pre-School to Year 13.
We are looking for a friendly, energetic and dynamic individual who has a passion for children to work as our After School Care & Holiday Programmes Manager.
Successful candidates will:
- Have the ability to create a safe and fun learning environment for children
- Be a great role model
- Have a first aid certificate (preferred, not essential)
- Be friendly, energetic and outgoing and able to relate well with children, other staff and the children’s parents/caregivers
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be competent in planning fun, interactive programmes, creating rosters, prioritising tasks and working to deadlines.
- Be available to work full time during school holidays
