The Queen Margaret College Foundation is governed by a Board consisting of:
 

Carolyn Henwood  Chairman of the Foundation

Carolyn is an Old Girl of Queen Margaret College and has been a District Court Judge for over 20 years.
She is Chairman of the Henwood Trust which focuses on youth justice and was instrumental in the opening of Te Hurihanga residential facility for young offenders.

Carolyn is also well-known in the Arts for her role in establishing Circa Theatre. She is also on the Board of Toi Whakaari and the New Zealand Drama School.

Jania Benton

Jania is an Old Girl of Queen Margaret College and a Member of College. She has been honoured by the Old Girls' Association for her work on this committee and in particular her contribution to the success of the 75th Jubilee.
Jania was on the 90th Jubilee Steering Committee and is on the committee of the Friends of Old St. Pauls. She has an established reputation in Wellington for her floral artistry.

Paul Baines

Paul is a Member of College and a past member of the Queen Margaret College Board of Governors.
He is also a Director of a number of public, private and not for profit organisations.
