Our Values

As a Presbyterian girls' school, our special character is nurtured by a religious education programme, assemblies and services where respect for spirituality and different beliefs is encouraged.

Emphasis is placed on participation in community service in order to raise the girls' awareness of the needs of others. From the outset, Queen Margaret girls have taken part in community service both locally and internationally. Contributing to charity takes many different forms from participating in street collections to organising and running community fairs where money is raised for individual charities.

Traditional values are further enhanced by our House system which fosters involvement and encourages older girls to take responsibility for younger pupils.
