An exciting addition to the school's existing facilities the

Hobson Development

will provide our girls with:

  • A full-size gymnasium with seating for up to 120 spectators
  • Fitness facilities
  • Physical education teaching and resource rooms
  • Substantial underground equipment storage facilities
  • All-weather outdoor court
  • Year 13 Common Room

  • Private outdoor courtyard
  • 4 state-of-the-art classrooms for teaching languages

  • Language Resource Rooms

Hobson Development (shown in red) will be constructed on the sites currently occupied by the two outdoor netball courts, adjacent to Craven Wing, Hobson house and the after-school care facility at No. 47 Hobson Street.

How can you help with the Hobson development?

The Hobson Development will cost $7 million to build and the school is looking to fundraise $1.3 million over the next 3 years to supplement funds it will need to borrow. You can help with a contribution to this wonderful new facility in a variety of ways:

Donate or pledge any amount. All contributions are appreciated and gratefully received. Donations are receipted and eligible for tax credits of up to 1/3 of the amount donated.
