Chairman - Mr Nigel Bingham, BSc (Hons) First Class, MSc (Dist), Dip BS
- Executive Director at Pencarrow Private Equity, a business that invests in high growth private New Zealand companies.
- A former partner of Cameron Partners, an investment bank.
- A background of nearly 20 years in commerce and finance in Wellington
- A member of the Board's Finance Committee
- A director of a number of private companies.

Chair of Finaince - Mr Paul Foley BCA, LLB
- Paul is a senior corporate/commercial lawyer based in Wellington, where he is a partner in Minter Ellison Rudd Watts. With 20+ years experience, he acts for companies in the financial services, manufacturing and energy fields, with significant involvement with major petroleum exploration and production companies. He became a director of the NIX listed New Zealand Oil & Gas Limited in 2000 and was recently appointed to the Board of the National Provident Fund.
- His daughter, Emma, was Deputy Head in 2006 and is now studying at Otago while Madeleine, is in Year 13. Through them, he and Rachel have had over 13 years involvement with the College.

Mrs Lilias Bell, BSc (Hons) Psychology
- Principal of Bell McCaw Bampfylde, a leading New Zealand executive search consultancy with 22 staff and offices in Wellington and Auckland. Along with her fellow Principal, she has grown the business from a standing start to being a leading firm in New Zealand with a strong reputation for delivering high quality international executive search and filling key Chief Executive and Senior Management levels in both the public and private sectors.
- Established Graham, Bell & Associates to provide executive search and assessment services to Wellington clients.
- 1994 Immigrated to New Zealand. Took up full time parenting.
- 1983 - 1984 Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia
Robert T Jones Memorial Scholar.

Mr Murray Coppersmith
- Murray is a senior partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, based in Wellington
- He has served the maximum term on the PricewaterhouseCoopers Board and has led the Corporate Finance group for the Firm
- In recent years Murray's focus has been on financial management in the public sector, with a particular involvement in the tertiary education sector
- Murray has two daughters, the youngest of which is in Year 13 in 2010
- He and Susan have been involved with the College since 1995

Mrs Georgia Dry, BA
- President of the Old Girls' Association
- Mother of two young children
- Business woman
- Georgia comes from a family with a long association with QMC. Her father, Mr Martin Turner, was Chairman of the Board from 1995 - 2003.

Mrs Jo Brown, Dip Tchg, Higher Dip Tchg, TTC
- Educated at Rangi Ruru Girls' School - Christchurch
- President of the Queen Margaret College Parents' Association
- Trained primary teacher, currently teaching at a local school
- Member of the Laura Fergusson Trust
- Mother of three daughters two of whom attend Queen Margaret College
- Motivated by developing the relationships between QMC parents, students and staff.

Ms Marni Gaskell, LLB
- Educated at QMC and currently on the Old Gils' Association (previously Treasurer for the QMCOGA).
- Worked as a corporate lawyer in Wellington and Sydney.
- Currently works part time as Corporate Counsel for Telecom.
- Mother to two daughters (a pre-schooler and a five-year-old).

Mrs Carol Weston BCA, ACA (Retired)
- Educated at Wellington Girls College
- Treasurer of the Queen Margaret College Parents' Association
- Currently on the Board of Trustees for Thorndon Primary School and
the Wellington Early Intervention Trust
- Mother of two daughters - one at Queen Margaret College, the other at Thorndon Primary School
- Runs 'Beach Retreats' holiday houses.
