Deputy Chair - Mr Paul Foley BCA, LLB
- Paul is a senior corporate/commercial lawyer based in Wellington, where he is a partner in Minter Ellison Rudd Watts. With 20+ years experience, he acts for companies in the financial services, manufacturing and energy fields, with significant involvement with major petroleum exploration and production companies. He became a director of the NIX listed New Zealand Oil & Gas Limited in 2000 and was recently appointed to the Board of the National Provident Fund.

- Partner of Hendrick and Struggles, a leading international executive search consultancy.
- Established Graham, Bell & Associates to provide executive search and assessment services to Wellington clients.

- Murray is a senior partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, based in Wellington
- He has served the maximum term on the PricewaterhouseCoopers Board and has led the Corporate Finance group for the Firm
- In recent years Murray's focus has been on financial management in the public sector, with a particular involvement in the tertiary education sector
- He and Susan have been involved with the College since 1995

- He is a deputy Government Statistician
- Representative of the Queen Margaret College Parents' Association

- Andi is a Pharmacist who provides clinical and advisory services, has previously owned
her own Pharmacy for several years and has many years governance experience in small to medium sized organisations.
