Football
Football is a developing sport at QMC with numbers continuing to rise. This sport is offered to students from Year 7 even though the league is for Secondary School students. Teams train off site at either Kelburn Park or at an indoor venue. Game are played at various colleges and grounds around the Wellington Region. The Junior Team this year won the Regional Division Two Junior Grade and the 1st XI made the semi finals of the Regional Division One Grade. Maxine Cooper has been named in the Under 20 Capital Football women's squad.
