* Fees protection insurance is a compulsory charge on all Tuition Fees. This provides for the continuation of tuition in the event of the death or permanent disability of either parent where they are both signatories to the Offer of Acceptance documentation. Cover is extended to age 70 for death and 65 for permanent disability.

Family Discount: A family discount of 5% is given where Tuition Fees billed are $35,000 per annum or more, including GST.

The following payment options are available:

• Payment by in full by cheque, cash or *direct debit by 20th of month following invoice. There is a 3% discount on the tuition fee portion if payment is received by due date.
• Credit card payment by 20th of month following invoice is accepted, but no discount is available. Log on to our website www.qmc.school.nz and select our e-payment option.
• Payment by monthly instalment. This will incur an administration fee of $25 per month. There is a minimum monthly requirement of $750 for Pre-school to Year 6 and $1,050 for Years 7-13. Credit balances will be offset against sundry charges on the account. Any year end credit balances will be carried forward or refunded if requested. Regular users of the afterschool care programme will need to allow extra to cover those charges

* The direct debit option is only available for parents who wish to have the full amount of each monthly statement automatically debited from their bank accounts.

For payment by internet banking our bank account details are: Queen Margaret College Fees Account, ANZ, Wellington. Account 01 0564 0094479 009. Please ensure you quote your daughter's fees account reference.

Wherever possible we would prefer to email your monthly statement. Please email accounts@qmc.school.nz to sign up for this option.

After school care (for Years 1 to 6) from Term One 2010
3.15 - 5.45pm	$17.50 per day

Private music tuition and Speech and Drama lessons are available during term time. Details of courses available and fees are included in the music registration booklet, available from the office at the start of each school year.
