Debating

Debating is encouraged within class, inter-form and inter-house. A number of teams compete each year in the Wellington Secondary Schools Debating Competition. The Premier Debating Team competes successfuly in the Secondary Schools Competition and the girls also participate in the Russell McVeagh Debating Competition.

Students also enter the Model United Nations Asembly and a range of regional and national speech competitions.
